YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO SEE WHAT GOD SEES

We Have The Mind Of Christ

“…by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire.” | Second Epistle of Peter 1:4.

Having the mind of Christ is one of the most extraordinary revelations and reality we have today. If you'd believe this truth, you'll be a superman demonstrating God-kind ideas in a human world. Consider the craniopagus (head-joined congenital defect) of the popular Hogan twins (Krista and Tatiana, born 2006).

Study shows they were joined at the head with separate brains interconnected by a "thalamic bridge" — what stood out for me was the fact that they shared a neural pathway. This meant one twin could actually see what the other twin was seeing. My goodness!

I was stunned at this medical discovery, that there was ever such an experience in human history, where a shared brain tissue produced a common experience. I was filled with tears and joy while I pondered on how huge this was in relation to we having the mind of Christ. I will never forget the practicality of this revelation : that as a partaker (sharer) of God's divine nature, I see with the eyes of God, and full access to exactly what He sees. Wow!

First Epistle to the Corinthians, 2:16 reads,

“For who has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

Indeed, we have the mind of Christ. The biggest advantage to ever exist. You can never be disadvantaged in life. Think like this everyday. Glory to God.

AN UNDER-ACHIEVED PERSON IS NEVER AN AUTHORITY FOR YOU

AN UNDER-ACHIEVED PERSON IS NEVER AN AUTHORITY FOR YOU  On the path to greatness there are lots of things you would have to face, but one of the things you must not face is public opinion about you, it ought not to mean anything to you, only God's word should mean everything to you.  Listen to your leader and to God, and let their words and report about you drown every other voice with Focus! One time my Pastor, Rev. Hutchison, said to me, and that was addressed directly, he stated : “sometimes the only way you master skill at a thing is by doing it continually”. Then I learnt you don't develop skill and excellence by listening to opinions, you develop skill by sticking to instructions and practice. Thus, by doing what you must do, regardless.  Let me make this very simple for you : “never respect, esteem or hold highly the words of people who have an opinion for you about something they haven't yet accomplished”. In your relation with such a person, you must consc...

WHY ARE YOU STILL NOT IN A RELATIONSHIP

DAYSTAR ANSWERS A MAJOR QUESTION BOTHERING LADIES IN GODLY RELATIONSHIPS Honest & Open Conversations With Pst. π’Ÿπ’Άπ“Žπ“ˆπ“‰π’Άπ“‡ π’₯π’žπ»π‘€ During one of those interesting panel conversations, an eye-opening and heart-stirring session as one panelist described it, thoughtful and practical questions were directed at Daystar on the discussion theme " WHY ARE YOU STILL NOT IN A RELATIONSHIP ".  Here, Pastor took the opportunity to narrow in on the balance between submission and respect from a woman and a man, respectively. And how this signals one's readiness for commitment — stating that the first step towards anything relationship : is "being honest with yourself", and not following the crowd into one of life's most important decisions, thus, the choice of love and romantic commitment. On the note of honesty, he sited an instance from a legend where an elephant and a mice were to cross a bridge. The mice couldn't proceed because it would fall through the...

YOU’RE OUT OF YOUR MIND CONCERNING MARRIAGE

YOU’RE OUT OF YOUR MIND CONCERNING MARRIAGE The Role Of The Mind We Have In Christ For Relationships To lay emphasis on this controversial phrase “you’re out of your mind,” and to avoid any form of misguided thinking, let us first consider its biblical roots from 1 Corinthians 2:16, where it reads, “... But we have the mind of Christ,” which in effect is God’s Word. Sadly, most Christians live through life thinking outside this mind we have in Christ, inevitably causing them to act independently (thus acting beside themselves, used in Acts 26), which in itself is an old English phrase for delusion, irrational thinking, and ultimately madness. Conclusively, they act outside the mind they have in Christ, which is the truth of God’s Word concerning life’s issues, thereby taking (obviously misguided) independent decisions due to absent governance and dominance from the mind of Christ. Now concerning the mind of Christ regarding marriage, to begin with, even Jesus went back to the Fat...
