YOU’RE OUT OF YOUR MIND CONCERNING MARRIAGE

YOU’RE OUT OF YOUR MIND CONCERNING MARRIAGE The Role Of The Mind We Have In Christ For Relationships To lay emphasis on this controversial phrase “you’re out of your mind,” and to avoid any form of misguided thinking, let us first consider its biblical roots from 1 Corinthians 2:16, where it reads, “... But we have the mind of Christ,” which in effect is God’s Word. Sadly, most Christians live through life thinking outside this mind we have in Christ, inevitably causing them to act independently (thus acting beside themselves, used in Acts 26), which in itself is an old English phrase for delusion, irrational thinking, and ultimately madness. Conclusively, they act outside the mind they have in Christ, which is the truth of God’s Word concerning life’s issues, thereby taking (obviously misguided) independent decisions due to absent governance and dominance from the mind of Christ. Now concerning the mind of Christ regarding marriage, to begin with, even Jesus went back to the Fat...

NEVER STAY DOWN

NEVER STAY DOWN Talk To Yourself In Moments Of Mistakes     Do you ever wonder why God will still care for someone like you? — inspite of all the flaws, difficulties, secret battles and shame — it's because He loves you, and this love is a choice.       Remember, love covers a multitude of wrongdoing, meaning God sees you, not what you do. The wrongs are covered, only you are visible. All are blurred in the background, only you stands out in the foreground. Never quit leaning on the Lord. No matter what the battles are within, He's there to help you in the midst of the storms, and not to judge you. To heal and not spite or smite you. For peace and not war.   When you make mistakes, do you hear a voice saying,                     SHAME ON YOU? If yes — OH NO! — If yes, respond : “GRACE ON ME”. Think like this, Always. And remember, there's healing for you in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ....

WHEN CAN I MOVE OUT FROM HOME

WHEN CAN I MOVE OUT FROM HOME  A Timely Question On The Minds Of Many  Moving from home is an inevitable phenomenon of life — even animals practice it. One time, my Pastor said, “The purpose of training (raising a child) is to release them.” Truly, it is God’s will that when the time is right, you can move out by spiritual and superior guidance, which in this case is by receiving counsel and confirmation from your Pastor and Shepherd.    Jesus moved from Nazareth to Capernaum, on the northern shores of the Sea of Galilee, to set up His ministry base. From there, He could encircle the shore towns of Galilee to preach, with miracles — the supernatural — following. Unlike Nazareth (His hometown), where He could do no mighty works as a minister because His own brothers did not believe in Him, the Bible records that unbelief hindered His ministry there (Mark 6:1–6). Remember also the story where His mother did not mind interrupting Him for His attention during serv...

Gambling, A MODERN TERM FOR GREED

Gambling, A MODERN TERM FOR GREED This Is GREED Dressed Up In Entertainment.    The Bible may not directly use the modern term gambling or betting, but it clearly speaks against the spirit behind it — greed. Gambling is simply a contemporary expression of greed, a desire to acquire wealth without diligence or faith in God’s supply system. It is the act of submitting one’s joy, emotions, and trust to a game of chance, undermining the very principles through which God provides for His children. LOSE MY NUMBER, is what you say to addictions of gambling, because it came to destroy your joy and trust in God — it is the enemy's fiendish strategy on God's farmland, where he strategically sows weeds designed to clogg your confidence in God. Respond to God's word, and only pick up His call to liberty and freedom — at this juncture, the yuroba (a West African language) phrase “Ìdè tí já” (properly written with tone marks) comes to mind, which declares : “the chain is broken” or ...

PITCH GOD’S DREAM, HIS BUSINESS, NOT YOURS

PITCH GOD’S DREAM, HIS BUSINESS, NOT YOURS The Power of Words in the Finished Work of Jesus   My dear, do not pitch your own ideas and dreams to God — pitch His dream back to Him. The Greek word homologia means “to say the same thing as another.” In English, it is translated as confession. To confess, therefore, is to speak what God speaks — to talk God’s Word back to Him, because that is His dream for you. Pitch the hide coverings — the finished work of Christ. Speak the Word and legislate what is written into your affairs. Isaiah 54:2, as translated in the Apostolic Bible Polyglot, exhorts us to “pitch the hide coverings (leather) of our curtains (conquest, loot, and spoils).” You obtain hide or leather only after a lamb has been slaughtered and its skin tanned. Jesus, the Lamb of God, has already been sacrificed.     Jesus expects you to pitch His hide coverings — His finished work and divine ideas — into every area of your life. This is the business idea t...
