Dearest Leader,

Inspite of the amount of responsibility you're given, never see it as a burden but rather a privilege of a lifetime.

The blessing of leadership is that you're here while others aren't. This alone should whirl up enough gratitude inside you.

Irrespective of the pain of childbirth, the joy of motherhood is to be called a mother. Many are women but few are mothers. Many are Christians but few have the privilege to be called leaders. There's grace for you.
