DEAR LEADER, PLEASE MARCH ON.
Dear Leader,
You're doing so well, and remember this, that you don't have a problem, so stop looking for flaws in your excellence. You're not the problem, the world is, and you're that solution they need. So yes, you're important even when you're ignored, press!
According to the Bible, Shepherds (leaders and persons who take responsibility for others) are an abomination to Egyptians (the world) and Christians who are worldly (thus under the influence of Egypt). Know this quickly, it's too important for your peace of mind! Keep checking up on them, following up and loving them like you've seen in 1John 3:16.
If they block you on social media, and when they unfollow you on Instagram, follow them in prayer, press. Stay focused, the resistance you're seeing isn't about you, it's because the gospel works, it's against the government of Jesus Christ, His kingdom.
Fight back by preaching the word continually, don't sit and lick your wounds, get on the offensive, get up and fight with the word of God in your mouth and beat down Assyria and her rod (deceptive comfort) blanketing and blindfolding our world. Wake up and fight back that resistance and insurrection against the power (government) of truth. Preach and love God's people, show that you care!
II Corinthians 8:1-3 |MSB states these words of encouragement from Paul the Apostle,
— “... Fierce troubles (challenges) came down on the people of those churches, pushing them to the very limit. The trial (challenges) exposed their true colors (excellence) : .... THE PRESSURE TRIGGERED SOMETHING TOTALLY UNEXPECTED ..... I was there and saw it for myself !”
This is so incredible : the pressure triggered something totally unexpected, Wow. Indeed it's working together for your good, and you'll see the fruits for yourself, be encouraged.
The Bible says you'll reap (see) what you sow if you don't give up. Keep sowing in the lives of the saints, you're doing the right thing because Bible says “the gospel is preached to the poor”, so don't let anyone make you feel you're wrong, keep pressing, you're doing so well.
The last line of the text reads the very words of Paul, he said “I was there and saw it for myself !”. My dear, If Paul saw the fruits (thus the profitable results) of challenges in leadership, I assure you today, that you'll see it too if you don't give up.
You might as well ask, “so what if I decide to give up ?”, well, that will only be a malfunction in your calling because you don't have the right nor mechanics to give up as a leader called of God. What drives you doesn't give up!
The Lord said to Joshua “only be strong and very courageous”, in other words, you can only exhibit these two, implying there's no place for weakness, burnout nor giving up in the ministry, as pertaining to your service to the kingdom. Be tough mentally and march on as a good soldier and general of Jesus Christ. Wow!
