YOU'RE A CITY - II

THEN HE SAID “AS LONG AS I'M HERE IN THIS WORLD, I'M THE WEALTH OF THE CITY”.

In Matthew 5:14 | AMPC, the Lord Jesus said, “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden”. Then in John 9:5, He said same of Himself, informing us of how He made that much impact, with this mindset unveiled He continued, “As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world”. He literally meant to say, “As long as I'm here, I'm a city that cannot be hidden, the wealth (light) of the city (world)” Wow!

A wise city minds its own business, working with its own hands (power to get the wealth and advantage). The same way we use our hands to get things, that's how the power of God gets us wealth, this power functions like the hand, it's the same hand that came on Elijah when He outrun the chariots. Imagine how much power you carry, and just imagine how much wealth you can get with this hand, literally.

Remember, wealth is a power that invites you into what it talks about. This power is like a hand that pulls you into plenty, Paul puts it this way “minding your business, and working with your own hands”, hand here could be rendered as power, and this power was exactly what God gave Israel, He called it “power to get wealth”, a hand that would invite them into a world of abundance and plenty.

Israel enjoyed a conditioned life independent of location, even on a desert, the scorching sun couldn't have its way with them, they had a wealth of new experiences to which nothing could deny them access, they lived a life of power with help in plenty.

This power is at work in your life right now, roll your tongue in a pool of words and power and electrify your city with high voltage power. Agree with God's word by talking it, and that is how to say “yes I'm interested”, now talking the word is how you're initiated and ushered by hand into what it talks about.

               Features Of A City

● Jesus spoke addressing cities like one man, an individual entity. He used the pronoun "you" to describe a city. Implying cities are living entities.

Reference : Matthew 11:20-23

● Joseph packed out a city at his father's burial.

Reference : Genesis 50:7-9

● You can finish whatever you start for the Lord, and you should. Count the cost, have the desire, it should be huge, and let it be known to you that the cost for accomplishing anything great is the currency called grace.

Reference : 1 Kings 9:1

● Solomon could dash cities because He Himself was and thought like a city.

Reference : 1 Kings 9:11

● Solomons choice of friends were also people with big appetite, they were cities who wouldn't settle for less. This implies the company you keep should be those who think like you do.

Reference : 1 Kings 9:12-13

● David received continous help until it became a large and powerful army like the army of God. This was possible because as one man He was a city

Reference : 1 Chronicles 12:22

● Israel was described as one man, Jacob was a city himself

Reference : Jdg 20:1&11, Ezr 3:1, Nehemiah 8:1

● Your earth (city) is full of the goodness of God, hence all the people in your borders shall all be righteous (getting it right).

Reference : Psalms 33:5, Isaiah 60:21

● A wise city doesn't compare itself to other cities, that's not wisdom.

Reference : 2 Corinthians 10:12

● A wise city minds its own business, working with its own hands (power to get the wealth and advantage). Remember, wealth is a power that invites you into what it talks about.

Reference : 1 Thessalonians 4:11

● Events and prophecy occur in you because you're a city. Things are allocated, divided and apportioned inside you as one man, a city with constant activity.

Reference : Genesis 49:7

On one occasion, David lamented and cried over King Saul's death in 2 Samuel 1:21 because Saul died as though he wasn't anointed, as though the Holy Ghost never came upon Him. And for this shame, David forbade the people from forwarding such disgraceful news to the ungodly, so they wouldn't laugh at the God of Saul at the hearing of his demise. My goodness, not me!

Listen, Don't be quiet, use your tongue to throw out words, don't wait for that day when an entire generation stares at you in awe, asking, “Why did you fail like this, why did you die so poor, was your tongue not working, why couldn't you just roll it a little longer with the words of God, Sirrrr, was your tongue not working ?”

Refuse to be ordinary, a city should not be boring, let your Christianity mean something, let the word of God come out of your mouth everyday. And say to yourself “I'm anointed with the Holy Ghost, and I'm a city”.

Did you know you can't be broke. Did you know King solomon's trade was with cities, that was what he used as gifts. His trade in gold were in the near billions of his say. This man Solomon, as one man, could dash cities because He Himself was and thought like a city.

His choice of friends were also people with big appetite, they were cities themselves, who wouldn't settle for less. This implies the company you keep should be those who think big like cities.

The account is recorded below. 1 Kings 9:11-13 recounts,

“(Now Hiram the king of Tyre had furnished Solomon with cedar trees and fir trees, and with gold, according to all his desire,) that then king Solomon gave Hiram twenty cities in the land of Galilee.

And Hiram came out from Tyre to see the cities which Solomon had given him; and they pleased him not. And he said, What cities are these which thou hast given me, my brother? And he called them the land of Cabul unto this day.

And Hiram sent to the king, Solomon, sixscore talents of gold”.

Sixscore talents of gold is approximately about nine thousand pounds of gold, which is about a quarter of a billion dollars using today's gold standard. This was Solomons profit in a single trade.

And if Jesus described Himself (with you being His body) as being greater than Solomon in Matthew 12:42, what then can't you accomplish, what then is a billion dollars that you even fright to say, no my friend, defeat figures by thinking them continually and say “I have billions of dollars”, don't be afraid, say it, it will come!

The wealth and GDP of cities are never below the billion dollar mark, never. Just think about that, so why is it difficult to believe that you can have billions of standard currencies as a child of God. Cast spells with words, and spell the future you wish to see, spell it like you were taught to spell words on the board, say what your pastor told you, declare that vision God gave you, and believe it.

Prophecy is what is going to happen, so don't take the words of your Pastor and leaders lightly. And whatever you're told, say it everyday because it's coming, to happen! Why allow your business to collapse as though you're not anointed. Be different!

My dear, this is the time, and it's time to electrify your city unapologetically, again and again, with the light of God's word, and with high voltage wealth with distribution lines, using the cable of word. Wow!

As a child of God, learn to roll your tongue in a pool of words and power from the scriptures, and electrify your city with high voltage wealth and esteem, and distribute this wealth dammed inside you using wisdom, thus insulated cables of words, and distribute it as one man, a city.

WHEN SHE GETS READY TO RUN

WHEN SHE GETS READY TO RUN | SHE LAUGHS AT THE HORSE AND ITS RIDER | THE INDUSTRIES AND THEIR GIANTS | STILL ON DESIRE Job 39:13-15,18 narrates,     “The wings of the ostrich flap joyously... She abandons her eggs on the ground and lets them be warmed in the sand, but she forgets that a foot might crush them or any wild animal might trample them.... And yet when she gets ready to run, she laughs at the horse and its rider.” Forget risk when you commit things to God's word! Forget who, when, how and what ifs! Risk is not a part of life, risk is a consciousness, a destructive one, don't form it with your mind, it's a great disadvantage!  The bible says “the ostrich forgets that a foot might crush her eggs or any wild animal might trample them”, she forgets, meaning she's not conscious of risk once she commits her eggs to the sand for warmth and preservation of life.  Make the word the confidence you have for the actualization of your dreams, and don't ever...

I'LL FIX YOU, TIME TO RUN!

“A MECHANIC IS NOT YOUR WIFE” : I'LL FIX YOU, TIME TO RUN!  What do ladies like in guys ? I was asked. A question on the mind of many, I need not mention, so just listen,  Ladies like what they want, not what you have to offer. A myopic woman will want a man who wouldn't push her beyond her will, and if by any means she gets a go-getter, she's got the inherent power to fix that man, until he's reduced to fit her dream cup, for a sip.  So to make things easy on yourself as a man with great visions, be patient in your search until you find a woman who's going where you're going, not one who looks like where you're going. The prior is fixed (ready from the Lord), the latter will desire to fix you to fit her dreams.  Wisdom will only lead a man towards a woman who matches his greatness. You need a wife, a helper with a teachable spirit, like the Holy Spirit, she doesn't come to speak of her own, but to put your interest before hers.  You need a wife, not a ...

WHERE IS MY SCHOOL BAG

WHERE IS MY SCHOOL BAG — PLEASE WHERE IS IT , HURRY, HURRY, DADDY IS WAITING FOR ME!  My dear, someday we'll all return home like a little boy with his two arms swinging through his school bag, but the joy of our transition will be dependent on what we each did with our time in school (our world) and what we used our break hours for : we'll say to one another, this faithful saying and true — where's my school bag, where's my school bag, hurry : where are the souls I won, where are the people I followed up on to church, hurry please, daddy is calling me, it's time - it's time, I'm going home.  Indeed, we'll be going home someday, and everyday ushers us closer to the ringing of that closing bell. And say like Reuben (in Genesis 44:34) : I ought to come to this firm realization and focus :       “ How can I go back to my (Heavenly) Father if the boy (my generation) is not with me? No! Do not let me see (return to) the misery (shame) that would come upon my...
