How to Detangle from This Jammed City

PART II 

Pseudoprophētēs simply means “a foreteller, an inspired speaker, a poet and a false teacher” — the application of this word is more wider than we thought — the word also implies a scientist, and extensively, the tech engineers of our time. It also spells out druggists, thus, persons who foretell wellness with medicine.

In the days of Paul, there were several gentile prophets who operated just like Balaam the Aramean — these men were inspired speakers who received their inspirations, magnum opus, innovations and inventions from evil spirits, 

    — Romans 1:30 |AMP now helps to capture truth that there are truly people who are “... hateful to and hating God .... boasting; INVENTORS OF NEW FORMS OF EVIL, disobedient and undutiful to parents”.

A scientist is one who gains knowledge through study, always remember that — this is why astrologers also qualify to be called scientists — astrologers are persons who study the stars and can predicts the future by the positions of the planets and sun and moon. 

It will interest you to know that the noble Magis from the east who brought gifts of gold, myrrh and frankincense to the young child Jesus were astrologers, they were scientists — they studied the stars and their arrangements to locate the position of the young child Jesus. 

These were zoroastrians, popularly known as “wise men”, who withdrew their inspiration from dark magic and spirits of divination — yet they still qualify for the class of scientists because their findings are based on study, that's interesting! 

In prayer we prove what is the good, acceptable and perfect will of God. The word “prove” used in Romans 12:2 is “dokimazō”, it means to test, scrutinise (to see whether a thing is genuine or not) and approve, basically it speaks of the activities of a customs officer. In prayer we decide what upgrade of goods, ideas and inventions are permitted to pass from the spirit realm into our world, we lay hold of contrabands and destructive tech engineering innovations with our spirit filled words. 

Again, let's partly quote Romans 1:30 |AMP, where we're told of a generation that's “... hateful to and hating God .... boasting; INVENTORS OF NEW FORMS OF EVIL, disobedient and undutiful to parents”. 

Inventions in the scripture above means “discoverers”, thus, speaking of scientists who will discover evil ways of getting the cognitive attention of others so as to control them like slaves — the social and mass media, like it's popularly tagged as being a necessary-evil, is more evil than we thought — the amplified translation helps us to understand that these inventions are a new form of evil, meaning evil which has put on a new clothe and form, more appealing and entertaining.

In prayer, as watchmen and custom officers ordained by God, we decide what upgrade of goods, ideas, inspirations and inventions are permitted to pass from the spirit realm into our world, we lay hold of contrabands and destructive tech engineering innovations with our spirit filled words.

This mass appeal of evil control must be fought against by the church — yet our fight of faith is against those evil spirits backing these evil scientific projects, and not the vessels themselves — this means the church is not on a parade for character assassination, we're only waging a spiritual warfare against the spirits feeding these tech engineers with their ideas and puzzling glory. 

2 Kings 6:15-17 |NKJV narrates an interesting passage of Elisha's response to what happens in the realms of the spirit when natural men submit their will to evil spirits they do not see. The passage reads, 

       — “And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out, there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?” So he answered, “Do not fear, FOR THOSE (spirits) WHO ARE WITH US ARE MORE THAN THOSE (spirits) WHO ARE WITH THEM.” And Elisha prayed, and said, “Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha”.

This is interesting — notice the prophet didn't say “for those who are with us are more than them (our opposers)”..... but rather “FOR THOSE (angelic spirits on chariots of fire) WHO ARE WITH US ARE MORE THAN THOSE (evil and diabolic spirits) WHO ARE WITH THEM”. 

 

Elisha was helping his servant understand how natural circumstances are invented, and to help him comprehend the fact that everything visible always proceeds from the invisible (spirit) realm — this explains it all, meaning the witty inventions of our time have wicked spirits overseeing such projects — but thanks be to God that we have His word as the light that shines in the darkness to expose their evil projections of slavery, colony and control. 

Now back to the last line of Romans 1:30, where it says “boasting; INVENTORS OF NEW FORMS OF EVIL, disobedient and undutiful to parents”, 

      — the word “parent” as used in this context is also wide in application — it's actually from the Greek root word “ginomai”, which is to mean “that which comes into existence, generates and appears in history”. 

Now the original parent with the patent material for the existence of created things is almighty God — so these boastful scientists with their new forms of evil inventions paint a picture of disobedience towards God with the brush of wickedness. 

Let's quote these two verses from 1 John 4:1,4, Amplified Bible, Bleisy Edition for the purpose of discussion. It reads,  

      — “Beloved, do not believe every spirit [speaking through a self-proclaimed prophet]; instead test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets and teachers have gone out into the world. 

       They [who teach twisted doctrine] are of the world and belong to it; therefore they speak from the [viewpoint of the] world [with its immoral freedom and baseless theories—demanding compliance with their opinions and ridiculing the values of the upright], and the [gullible one of the] world listens closely and pays attention to them”. 

According to the passage above, these scientific prophets are inspired teachers who function with baseless theories designed to enslave lots of people mentally — their doctrines and findings have led to the development of inventions that have destroyed many relationships by discouraging discourse and communication — making people prefer relationships at a distance, rather than building a good one with those around. 

Remember the strategy of Balaam, of how he did try to control God's people repeatedly at different locations so he could see them clearly and capture their thoughts and moves. 

Pray for your family, the church and the world because the enemy isn't going to stop trying to enslave those who fall victim to his traps — the word of God teaches us to resist him and he will flee.
