HE INSISTED | I AM THE MAN

 HE INSISTED | I AM THE MAN | DON'T BE AFRAID | SAY IT! 

The bible says as a man thinks in himself so is he. Hence it's not what people think of you that makes you who you are, but rather it's what you think of yourself that sums up to the future before you. 

So never allow people to put words in your mouth, don't let them say for you what you didn't say, don't let them reduce the vision you saw of yourself, neither should you let them change the details and magnitude of the vision, remember, they didn't see it, you saw it! 

In The Passion Translation (TPT), John 18:5-6 reads

      “As they approached, Jesus asked them, “Who are you looking for?”They answered, “We are looking for Jesus of Nazareth.”“ I am he ,” Jesus .... And as (when) Jesus said these words, the soldiers drew back, staggered backward, and fell to the ground!” 

The Message Bible recounts the details with a more dramatic front. It records that when they sought for Jesus, perhaps because He didn't look like a man so important to their standards, they said, 

    “(we seek-) Jesus the Nazarene.” Then Jesus said, “That’s me.” Bible says “The soldiers recoiled, totally taken aback”. They fell down flat by the words of a man who spoke with conviction, boldness and surety. 

I love the word of God, isn't that amazing that just by declaring His identity, trained soldiers with stout stamina staggered by the power of Jesus' conviction and then fell to the ground. 

And when they even tried to look down on Him by asking “who is that Jesus we came for”, I love his response, He said to them “that's me”. In other words “that's the guy who will shake this world and turn it downside up, my friend, that's me”. 

This is why you must never fear the faces of people, say who you really are, don't change the heavenly vision God gave you. Keep telling your world that you're a child of influence and wealth, don't be afraid, say it, and then see all those figureheads before you falling down flat! O' Hallelujah! 

My friend, God's word is enough because it's how to live, Jesus called it the way, the truth and the life, and then He added that no man comes to the father, meaning no man can proceed, come forward or make progress in life except by the way of His word. 

When they say “you look rich and influential”, say “no no no, wait a minute, be more specific and exact, I don't look rich, I am rich presently”, the looks are but a secondary factor. The reality is, I am rich and influential. It's not just my looks, that's me! Talk like Jesus did, and don't let anyone scare you to the back! 

In John 9:8-9 |NIV, after Jesus healed a beggar of his blindness, bible records, 

    “His neighbors and those who had formerly seen him begging asked, 'Isn’t this the same man who used to sit and beg?' Some claimed that he was. Others said, 'No, he only looks like him.' But he himself insisted, 'I am the man”.

My dear, the world around you is bound and programmed to doubt or disbelief who you say you really are. Some will question your identity and greatness, but learn from the bible. Don't let them make you feel your words are just wishful thinking, insist like that man and say “I am the man”, don't ever change your confessions of who you say you are and what you said you'll accomplish. 

The word of God is a mirror we look into, and if you learn to maintain focus in seeing the picture of your true self in that mirror, God's power will surge through your body literally. Believe me! Don't take the word of God lightly, it is your life! 

Matthew 14:28-29 from The Message Bible recounts, 

     “Peter, suddenly bold, said, Master, if it’s really you, call me to come to you on the water. He said, "Come ahead. Jumping out of the boat, Peter walked on the water to Jesus” 

Jesus' identity and potentials were questions with doubts in the mind of Peter, but Jesus wouldn't allow that to bother nor discourage Him. He confirmed that “I am he”, though not explicitly stated. And that opened the floods of Peter's experience on the water. 

Don't get all worked up, rest in God's word and talk it, look into that mirror, the perfect law of liberty, a mirror that shows you that anything is possible. And say to yourself “I'm seated in heavenly places with Christ Jesus, I'm not working, I'm seated, enthroned in the seat of God for my life”. And then say “World, hear me, I'm coming for you”. O' Hallelujah! 

God has taken responsibility for your fruitfulness by giving you His word, all you need to do is take that seed into your heart and let it sprout and show forth the fruits of your imagination and faith. Wow! 

So you don't need a man to be pregnant, all you need a seed. So Mary asked “how can this be since I do not know a man” : right there the biggest secret was told her by the Angel. 

Angel Gabriel said to her, and as recorded in Luke 1:35 says, 

    “The Holy Spirit will come on you [Mary], and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.”

Then the bible said, “Mary was found with child of the Holy Spirit”, that is your secret, the Holy Spirit in your life, even if all men reject you, He's right there to help you, He is the secret on how to be found with child without a man, the secret to how to be found with a billion dollar company without a college degree.. 

He is the biggest secret you can ever have inside you, He's the way of truth, the reservoir of God's grace and ability, that's what the bible teaches.

 And like I always tell you, face Goliath with a stone, don't worry if you don't have a sword, go with the Word in your mouth and like the soldiers fell before Jesus, your world will submit to your words in due time. Keep saying it, don't be afraid, say it!
